EVENT: Experience the sweet chill and cheer with Dairy Queen’s new Blizzard Flavors

The great thing about the holiday season a lot of brands new limited edition products on their menu.

Dairy Queen one of my go-to ice cream stores launches their newest Blizzard flavor or their Blizzard of the Month, the Hershey’s Kisses with Almonds Blizzard.

Dairy Queen launches the new holiday cups

The gorgeous Binibining Pilipinas queens were present during the launch. Miss International first runner-up Ma. Antis Manalo, Miss Globe Top 15 Finalist Michele Gumbo Binibinig Pilipinas Grand International EVA Patalinjug and Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental Karen Gillman could not resist the luscious treats, which they sampled during the event. The Binibining also played games with the media guest.

To compliment its mouthwatering new flavors, Dairy Queen also launched their DQ Festive Blizzard cup with the theme “Spoonful of Joy”, which only mirrors the experience one gets when sampling Dairy Queen’s enticing desserts.

The delightful Blizzard comes in three sinfully delightful flavours: Hershey’s Kisses Almonds Double Cocoa made with classic Hershey’s milk chocolate covering a crunchy almond blended with creamy signature DQ vanilla soft serve and cocoa fudge; Hershey’s Kisses Mango Cookie, a concoction of classic Hershey’s milk chocolate covering a crunch of almond blended with creamy signature DQ soft serve, Oreo cookie and mango topping; and Hershey’s Kisses Cookie Buttercrips, which is a blend of classic Hershey’s milk chocolate covering crunchy almond and the creamy signature DQ vanilla soft serve, waffle cone and cookie butter fudge.

I got to taste all 3 new flavors, my favorite is Hershey’s Kisses Mango Cookie, which reminds me a lot of mango cheesecake.

Looking for something to bring to family potlucks or Christmas parties with friends? The new DQ Christmas Cake will definitely be the crowd-pleasing dessert perfect on the Noche Buena table. it is made of creamy DQ vanilla soft serve, distinctive chocolate fudge and crunch and Oreo cookies. It is decorated with green and red piping and a star topper. (Retails 769php)
