Hello Sweeties!
My friend Chet and I went on a road trip to meet up with a balikbayan friend from London, She wanted us to have lunch at Tagaytay of all places. I am not much of traveler because, clearly the only way you can actually move around comfortably in Tagaytay via your own vehicle and since the Bayans don't own their own car, I rarely
venture where no PUV can travel.
Lucky for me Chet owns a car, so off we went to the unfamiliar area of Tagaytay. For breakfast we stopped over at Concha`s Garden Cafe located at Richland Hills Subdivision 1, Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road, Putting Kahoy, Tagaytay City. The best way to find it is via Wazz App.

The beautiful country feel of the table setting
Concha’s Garden Café is a garden restaurant that offers excellent and delicious Filipino dishes, one of their signature dishes is Spicy Adobo.
It was founded by Gemma Escueta-Sembrano, an insurance agent from Biñan, Laguna. Gemma inherited her cooking skills from her lola whose maiden name is Concha.
I heard that Pamabansang Bae Alden Richard owns this branch. Hmmmm.
