Join Nail.a.holics 2nd National Pampering Day on October 17

Hello Sweeties!

It is a rare treat for me to get even my minds done since  I am so busy with work. But I learned that you have to take time to focus on yourself once in a while because hey, you deserve it a bit of pampering.

And when you talk about pampering on a national scale, Nailaholics Nail Salon and Spa clearly holds the only spot. After introducing the celebration of the National Pampering Day last year; Nailaholics is back at it again this 2017 with an amplified nationwide celebration of relaxation that everyone is looking forward to this October 17.

The National Pampering Day got off to a good start last year where Nailaholics offered free manicure service and a stress relieving hand massage from 10 AM to 12NN on all their branches nationwide. This year everyone will be treated to a free service of their choice: soothing manicure, calming foot spa or a relaxing food massage.

After a extremely long day at work, it`s nice to finally get a bit of me time, entrance to Nailaholics Gateway Branch

I finally get to have a bit of me time, and I am thankful that Bloggers are given the opportunity to experience a preview of Nailaholics National Pampering Day this year.

Snacking prepared for the Bloggers Nailaholics really know how to pamper a girl

Hello Sweeties,

As we get older, we need to focus more on our health above anything else. It came as a surprise to me that although I am out and about all day and most mornings under the sun, I have Vitamin D deficiency.

Vitamin D Deficiency is strongly linked to Chronic Diseases such as Cancer, Heart Failure, Diabetes, etc.

Studies how that 36 of our organs and tissues are regulated by Vitamin D, including our heart, lungs, brain, and bones.  Sadly not all get the sufficient Vitamin D requirement they need.

According to a study conducted by Hi-Precision Diagnostics on  8200 Filipinos from key cities, 7 out of 10 Filipinos are Vitamin D Deficient.

This is not really surprising since a lot of people are stuck indoors. It’s hard to get enough Vitamin D from the sun (indoor lifestyle, clothing, skin color, aging, and use of umbrellas or sunscreen limit Vitamin D absorption)

It’s difficult to obtain from food (RDA of Vitamin D is equivalent to 40 eggs / 8 glasses of milk / 800g of salmon / 2 cans of tuna flakes every day)
