Discovering the Wonders of Seed Oils for Beauty, Wellness and the new MISSO® s2o Seed-to-Oil Wonder Extractor

What we eat and what we use for our body must be safe, good and all-natural and one of what we have to use for our body is natural oil. Like our skin, it needs keratin and Vitamin D to keep it nourished, smooth and protected against harmful rays of the sun. Our food must have less of the fats and cholesterol for our intake. Seed oils are a key to these issues and can help build a healthier and beautiful lifestyle.

Seed oils can provide the right amount of vitamins and minerals that our body needs. Most of the products we buy in stores for our body care needs are processed goods. This means that the original vitamins and minerals of the ingredients used are diminished throughout the process to make a product.

These beauty products also use synthetic vitamins & minerals and are unnatural. But as Filipinos demand for healthy and all-natural seed oils, acquiring this is a hurdle for every household. Hence, MISSO® Co., Ltd. has now made the perfect solution for this. From the makers of the Matstone Wonder Machine, the MISSO® Co., Ltd. is introducing its pioneer detachable MISSO® s2o Seed-to-Oil Wonder Extractor – the only appliance every Filipino will need for naturally-extracted seed oils at the comforts of our own home.

MISSO®, according to its president and inventor, Youn Soo Kim, means “beautiful and it makes you younger.” The Korean inventor had travelled all the way from South Korea to the Philippines to bring his invention and make it a good household appliance for every family to provide the natural oil extracted right inside your home. “When you use MISSO®, our products, you will become more beautiful and younger.”

Bloggers Event at #5loavesand2fishlaunch #5Loaves2FishLaunch

Hello Sweeties!

Such a great foodie find in Quezon City is 5 Loaves and 2 Fish. It is a relatively new restaurant located at The Rock Barangay Holy Spirit in Quezon City.

This is the reason when I received the invitation to the foodie event for 5 Loaves and 2Fish I happily accepted.

Ms. Dinah Miro, owner and creative foodie of 5 Loaves and 2 Fish

According to Ms. Dinah Miro, owner and the creative heart of the restaurant the path to launching their restaurant was not simple. Prior to the opening they encountered a lot of challenges along the way. One of which is the naming of the establishment, they had a lot of different names in mind of the restaurant all of which are already taken and registered. It was around mind July 2015 when finally found the perfect name found in the bible verse John 6:1-14 which talks about the miracle of the 5 Loaves and 2 Fish, and the rest as they say is history.

One of the restaurants speciality is the very unique bread called Lavosh, unleavened flat bread that originated in Armenia.  a thin crisp bread used mostly to scoop food and it is the perfect appetizer to start a meal. It is served with the homemade pesto brûlée or chicken liver pate.

Come August, they will come out with the sweet Lavosh, they will be using cacao.

Trivia about Ms. Dinah’s Lavosh, it won an award at Merchant Central’s Ultimate Taste Test 2011,  organized by foodies Anton Diaz of (Our Awesome Planet ) and RJ Ledesma (well-known media celebrity, columnist, events host and author)

Homey Family feel.

As I enter this two story shop. There is a mezzanine on the 2nd level. I found that it reminds me a lot of the Mom and Pop shops my parents used to take me when I was younger. Such a welcoming homey feel about it that you automatically relax as you sit down.
